David believes that having fun at the club level is very important; it is the reason why kids start to play and it should remain the focus. Along with having fun he focuses on player development and tries to combine this with winning. Every team and player is different, so this will look different in each situation. David loves volleyball and wants each athlete to also love the game and be life-long members of the sport.
