Lee-Ann is a long‑time recreational volleyball player with over a decade of experience playing on a committed team, and is passionate about creating positive, motivating environments where athletes can grow in skill and confidence. Professionally, she brings many years of leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience, which shapes how she support players—through clear communication, teamwork, and encouragement. As a volunteer coach, Lee-Ann’s goal is to help players develop strong fundamentals, enjoy the game, and feel confident contributing as part of a team.
