Meg Kalbfleisch

Meg is a certified advanced development coach, with 10 years of coaching experience at various levels including club, Team Ontario, and in the OUA.

After spending four years playing volleyball at the University of Windsor, Meg quickly transitioned her on court passion as a player into coaching young females in her community. She spent 3 years head coaching 16U and 18U high-performance travel teams with the South County Bandits. Since 2023, Meg has been involved in multiple Team Ontario programs including the regional program in 2023, U17 Team Ontario Black in 2024, Team Ontario Elite 2023-2025, and was an Assistant Coach for the 2025 Team Ontario Canada Games Gold Medal team.

Meg is very passionate about learning from multiple perspectives and coaches. She has spent time with both of the men’s and women’s volleyball programs at the University of Windsor, and currently holds a role as an assistant coach at the University of Guelph Women’s volleyball program.

Outside of coaching, Meg is a PhD candidate with research focusing on psychological safety in sport, coach-athlete relationships, leadership development, and group dynamics.
