Gladys Munge

Head Coach 14U Strikers

Gladys Munge is a dynamic and process-driven Olympic-level former national team player. She’s a volleyball coach with over 10 years of experience developing world-class athletes. Specializing in player development, game strategy, and high-performance training both indoor and beach, Gladys has led teams to national and international success, including gold medal wins and top tournament finishes. With a background in program development, mentoring, and conflict resolution, Gladys has also worked in recreational planning and administration at Kamiti Correctional Facility in Kenya. Certified in international high-performance coaching (FIVB) Level 1. Gladys is committed to shaping the future of volleyball through leadership, strategy, and athlete mentorship. This is her 2nd year with Smash Raiders and 1st as Head Coach.

Linda Stevens

Assistant Coach 14U Strikers

Linda is a Certified Developmental Coach and a Trained Advanced Development Coach. She is the former Director of the Waterdown Raiders VC until merging clubs with Smash VC in 2019.

Linda is an active athlete in many sports and was a volleyball player. She is a competitive and caring coach who gets the most from her athletes.

She feels her role as a coach is to support, motivate and provide our athletes with skills to be successful in the sport and life, while still maintaining or growing their love for the game.
